Raydium is a decentralized exchange that combines the AMM model, popularized by Uniswap and others, and mixes it with Serum, a decentralized order book exchange on Solana. Raydium helps provide liquidity for the Solana blockchain.
Why does Raydium have value?
Users of Raydium can provide liquidity to market pairs to earn rewards. Transactions on Raydium are fast and cheap, thanks to the optimized infrastructure of Solana. Plus you can swap digital assets on Raydium and Raydium will complete the transaction either on it’s AMM or through Serum’s order book, whichever offers the better price.

They have a TVL of nearly $700M and also offer some pretty insane APY within their Farm system.
